An event documentary capturing a three-day retreat hosted by Koud and The Breath Haus at the Bunker House in Byron Bay. Koud invited thirty strangers from across the country to live together under one roof, built around connection and wellness: ice baths from Koud and breathwork sessions from The Breath Haus. After months of preparation, what unfolded was three days of genuine connection, where a house full of strangers became a community.
Approach
Filmed solo as a single-person crew across all three days, documenting the whole event from start to finish. The aim was to never miss a single unique moment, capturing everything from B-roll of the retreat to micro-interviews with every person involved, so the final film could hold the full arc of those three days.

Impact
Made for Koud's brand launch, the film puts community at the centre of the brand rather than product. It carries forward the feeling of those three days, the strangers who became friends and the connection the retreat created, giving Koud and The Breath Haus a lasting piece that shows what they stand for.
